Our operational teams support our Labs. Our 7 teams support the processes necessary to build our products and community smoothly:

• Communications Team: Manage public-facing marketing and communications.

• Communities of Practice: Cultivate monthly career-learning peer-learning communities.

• Educate Team: Develop and run learning and skill-building programs that help people participate effectively in grassroots civic tech.

• Engagement Team: Manage intake, onboarding, routing, and follow-up system for volunteers, community partners, and project ideas.

• Finance Team: Keep the our finances clear, documented, and accountable.

• Fundraising Team: Develop and execute fundraising work to support our mission.

• Infrastructure Team: Maintain our shared technical infrastructure.
